New Beginnings

As we enter into May, All I can think about is new beginnings. It’s been a long, long, winter. And Finally, Here Comes The Sun. I have been waiting for this feeling for awhile. I think I can safely say that I’m not the only one that is tired from our long harsh winter and waiting for the warmth and sun our bodies and souls so badly need. When I started to look inward and really think about new beginnings, I couldn’t help struggle with the thought that it has been a never ending cycle in human life. We as humans struggle every day, since the beginning of time. We live through so many emotions in our life and sometimes it’s balanced or chaotic. We go through heartache, love, joy and pain. We lose loved ones, either through death or some sort of separation, both not easy. We go though the feeling of being broken and defeated, to having success and abundance in our lives. Connecting and growing with family and friends and meeting people at exactly the right moment. We strive to find out who we are in a world that demands so much. Some handle it better than others and some need more help, but either way, we are one, and all in the same boat, or should I say world!

As I get older I understand that our words and thoughts are more powerful then we think, and we also have the power to change. And as we all know, change is a scary thing. But once we decide on a thought our journey begins once again. Like the wise words “It’s all in the mind, you know’ by George Harrison, I strongly believe this quote. Life is far too precious and short to weigh it down with negativity, fear and doubt. It’s not easy, but once you let go, the rest is limitless. You have the power to change, no matter how hard, all it takes is a thought, and then it’s up to you to take the leap.

Getting over a painful experience

is much like the monkey bars.

You have to let go at some point in

order to move forward.
