  • 💐 Meet Aasia 💐 💫 Classes & Certifications Aasia teaches PilatesSculpt here at Healthletica! She is a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner (RHEP), RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor, and Certified Mat Pilates Instructor. 🧘🏼 Her Journey Aasia never imagined herself as an instructor until her internship at Healthletica changed everything. Inspired by the powerful, compassionate instructors around her, she realized how much she loved helping others feel confident in their bodies. Combining her personal Pilates practice with her yoga background, Aasia began introducing Pilates to the studio community.
