Dr. Daina Patel has been practising as chiropractor for 5 years. She has gained much experience working with many different kinds of people. Her passion is working with people who are suffering from chronic pain and are willing to make the changes needed in order to achieve great health. Dr. Daina is very kind and a great listener. She truly cares about your health.

Her initial appointment is very comprehensive. She dives deep into your health history and does a thorough examination in order to find out what is truly causing your pain. She uses evidence-based approaches to create customized treatment plans for all her patients. In order to reach your health goals, she uses adjustments combined with lifestyle and nutritional advice, functional medicine, soft tissue techniques, supplements, and wellness. She takes you through her 8 pillars of health in order to reduce or eliminate the chronic pain by finding the root cause.

Dr. Daina’s approach to treatment includes both acute and chronic pain relief and long-term pain management. Once you are pain-free, she will work with you to maintain your health and remain pain-free.

She graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 2014 and obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Biology at the University of Waterloo in 2011.

Dr. Daina also loves doing yoga and lifting weights. When she isn’t working, she loves to cook and bake delicious plant-based recipes!
