Dr. Ted Niejadlik, (Hon)Bsc, DC, CAFCI, CGFI
Dr. Ted Niejadlik is a chiropractor, acupuncture practitioner and certified golf fitness instructor. He has been providing evidence-based care for the people of Bolton and Caledon for the last 9 years.
Dr. Ted graduated from York University with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Science. While at York University, he completed the certificate program in Fitness Assessment and Exercise Counselling obtaining the Personal Fitness and Lifestyle Consultant Certification.
As a certified personal trainer, Dr. Ted worked with the Human Performance Laboratory at York University where he has conducted fitness tests on:
- Ontario firefighter applicants
- The Canadian National Special Olympic Team
- The Ontario Provincial Special Olympic Team
- The Canadian National Women’s Soccer Team
- The New York Rangers of the National Hockey League
- The N.H.L. Entry Draft
- The Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League
Dr. Ted is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. While attending C.M.C.C., he took an Active Release Technique course that specializes in treating soft tissue injuries. After graduating from C.M.C.C., he completed his Certification in acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (CAFCI).
Wanting to provide better care to the growing golf population in the Town of Caledon, Dr. Ted became a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor (CGFI) through the Titleist Performance Institute. He now conducts 2-D video swing analysis, physical screening and exercise prescription for golfers.
In his spare time, you can often find Dr. Ted running the trails in the beautiful Caledon countryside and spending time with his wife and two children.
